True North Home Buyers LLC is a private real estate investment company based in York, Maine. We purchase residential properties directly from homeowners in Maine and New Hampshire. We are not a licensed real estate agent, broker, or MLS-affiliated service. Nothing on this Site constitutes a real estate brokerage relationship or an agency relationship of any kind.

3. Use of This Website

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its related systems.
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form on the Site.
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or collect data from the Site without our prior written consent.

4. Submitting a Property Inquiry — No Obligation

Submitting your property address or contact information through the Site is an expression of interest only. It does not create a binding contract, listing agreement, or obligation on the part of either party. Any offer to purchase your property will be made separately, in writing, and only after our independent review of the property. You are under no obligation to accept any offer, and we are under no obligation to make one.

Property details displayed on the Site (such as estimated square footage, bedroom count, or year built) are sourced from third-party public records and data providers. We make no warranty that this information is complete, current, or accurate. You are responsible for verifying all property details before entering into any transaction.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of True North Home Buyers LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without our express written permission.

Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00).

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maine, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in York County, Maine, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
